A $100 NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required to book an appointment. Deposits are requested AFTER a phone call is completed to schedule using:

Cashapp: $superrgeek
Paypal: jms.tattoos@outlook.com

Please include the date of your appointment in the memo of your payment.

Once the deposit is paid, you will not get it back—no exceptions.
All deposits go towards the final price of your tattoo.
· If you reschedule more than once, your deposit will automatically be forfeited.
· If you reschedule 24 hours prior to your appt, your deposit will automatically be forfeited.
· If you don’t show up to your appt, your deposit will automatically be forfeited.
Once a deposit is forfeited, you will need to send a new one in order to schedule again.
When sending a deposit, you agree to these terms.

  1. What’s your full name & phone number you can be reached at?

  2. What would you like to get done? Tell me your idea.

  3. Where on your body will it be & roughly what size are you wanting (in inches)?

  4. Which style do you like? Include photo of style if unsure.

  5. Will it be black & grey? Color? Just an outline?

  6. What price range are you working with, if any?

  7. Please include reference images of your idea and images of the body part you want tattooed.

Extra things:
· Double check the spelling of the email.
· I receive many inquires so kindly allow up to 12 weeks for a reply. If you’re looking to get tattooed asap, I may not be the artist for you.
· DO NOT RESEND YOUR EMAIL. Doing so will remove you from the order you originally sent it which means I won’t see it until even later.
· I work on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, & Saturdays so plan accordingly.
· I do not offer in-person consultations. Everything is done via phone & email.
· I accept CASH ONLY to pay the remaining balance due at your appointment.
